Declaration Of Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions
All properties and common areas within Pepper Hills #2 are guided by a set of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R’s). This legal document is provided to each homeowner during financial closing, and each homeowner by accepting a deed or contract to purchase a Lot in Pepper Hills #2 agrees to abide by the CC&R’s.

Design Review Request Form
The Pepper Hills #2 Covenants require that all construction of fences, sheds, home improvements, etc. be reviewed and approved by the ACC Committee. Please click here to download the request form that includes instructions on where to submit and contact us with any questions or concerns.
