Board Meeting Board Meeting
June Meeting Rescheduled TBA

About Our Community
Pepper Hills #2, an extension of the original Pepper Hills subdivision, is a planned, single-family development with distinctive individual homes, shared ownership of common areas, restrictive covenants, and a sense of neighborhood. Our common interest in Pepper Hills #2 is very simple: the consistent value and appeal of our neighborhood for those who own homes here.

The community is under ongoing development and surrounds the 7-acre neighborhood Peppermint Park, maintained by the Boise Parks & Recreation.

We welcome your involvement in the homeowners association and appreciate your taking time to visit our site. Your comments and questions are always welcome. Please click here to contact the current Board Of Directors with any questions or concerns.

The Homeowners Association
All property owners within Pepper Hills #2 are members of the homeowners association. There are various phases in our community. Click here to review the phase plot maps and associated CC&Rs.

The Board of Directors
A Board of Directors governs the association. Each year, members of the association meet to elect at least 3 people to a board of directors. Each member is entitled to one (1) vote for each Lot owned in Pepper Hills #2. The board meets monthly to manage the affairs of the association. Homeowners are welcome to attend any meeting with advance notification to the board. All members of the board serve as unpaid volunteers.

Committees
In addition to the board, we all play an important role in the Legends community, many through work on one of our committees. These include the Architectural Review Committee, Social Committee and other committees that may be established from time to time. All members of the committees serve as unpaid volunteers.

Architectural Review Committee [Back To Top]
The Architectural Review Committee exists to help ensure consistent application of design criteria and requirements included in Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R’s) and architectural guidelines. All proposed exterior changes to homes and landscaping must be reviewed and approved by the committee prior to any work being done. Some examples include changes in house colors, installation of a new roof, addition of more living space or garage space, placement of a storage shed, installation of a fence or a significant change to the landscaping in your yard. To get approval you need to submit a request form and related documents. If you can not access this form, you can contact MGM Management at 846-9189 or at mgm@gomgm.com

Social Committee [Back To Top]
This committee is responsible for organizing various community activities throughout the year such as the children’s Easter Egg Hunt, community BBQ’s, annual Community Garage Sale, annual Christmas Light Contest and other community functions.
